Shipping is complimentary to California, Oregon, and Washington. For other states, shipping is $35 for each NekoHut. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground with tracking and arrive 5-7 business days after orders are placed.  

Each NekoHut undergoes thorough inspections to ensure the highest quality standards. If there is a defect, we will gladly exchange the product within 21 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at help@blinkpet.com.

NekoHut - In general, keep NekoHut in a dry and well-ventilated space. Spot clean as needed using a brush dipped in a mixture of 2/3 water and 1/3 bleach. Wipe with a cloth and air dry for 24 hours.

Cushion - Remove the foam insert and wash the cover in the washing machine and machine dry on low heat.
